21.com Closed My Account and Confiscated $4,100 Winnings Without Providing Any Evidence or Explanation
On September 18, 2026, I experienced the following issue with 21.com.I decided to gamble on 21.com, so I created an account and deposited around $600 USDT in Bitcoin and started gambling. I didn't use any bonus or promotion. I simply played with the money I deposited. I had the option to use a bonus, but I cancelled it and did not use it.I ended up with a balance of around $4,100 and requested a withdrawal. It took the entire night to verify and confirm the transaction. When I woke up in the morning, I found out that the transaction had been reversed, my funds had disappeared from my account, and my account had been closed.I contacted the support team and they told me that my account was closed because I had supposedly broken the Terms & Conditions, particularly rules related to bonuses and promotions.The customer support assistant didn't elaborate at all. They were just repeating the same words and did not even give me a specific reason for the closure of my account.I never broke any rule. I only played the games available on the website, mainly slots. I played normal spins and sometimes bought free spins. I did not use any bonus or promotion.I honestly don't understand how this works. This is unbelievable. I bring my own money to your casino, deposit around $600, play your games, and when I win and my balance reaches around $4,100, you close my account and take the funds without even telling me what I supposedly did wrong.This seems like a SCAM, especially because I didn't do anything wrong, I was never given any information about what rule I supposedly violated, and when I repeatedly asked customer support for an explanation, they couldn't give me one. 21.com Withdrawal Delay Resolved After Customer Support Update
I had a delay with my withdrawal on 21.com and waited around 11 hours for the money to arrive. After I contacted customer support and raised my complaint they informed me that there had been an update and helped me sort things out. Apart from the withdrawal taking longer than expected I did not have any other issues with the site.
